Today I received some stellar news.
I found out a poem that I submitted had been published. I’m thankful for the blessing. I had envisioned myself being in the magazine back in my youth and still went for it as an adult.
I am excited for the chance to live out some of my dreams.
The magazine is called Fine Lines and here is the link to the issue that I am featured in. Enchantment by C L Cunningham
Today is a wonderful Wednesday and I hope you’re having a good one.

Namaste 🙏 everyone and good morning luvs. I set my intentions on love, gratitude, and thankfulness. For the wonderful people who are in my life. My family and friends. Co workers and online community. For the beautiful people that I meet everyday in this strange world of ours. I salute the glorious sunshine in your spirits and I transcend my light with the universal divine spirit as we all unite as one in goodness and glory. Sending peace and prosperity to all on this peaceful Sunday 💛

Woken up to a soft melody of love and affection. I decided to sing songs of the Divine goodness bestowed upon me, with prayer and worship.
I have a full day of family time mapped out in my mind today. I must say that it is a beautiful one indeed. The picture above definitely makes up our family as a whole.
What do you and your family like to do on Sunday’s. I love to be cuddled up with thoughts of my man, because I’m his biggest fan.
Wishing you and yours peace and blessings.
Music can heal. It can express how someone feels and it can give light in dark times.
I often have my headphones on and I allow myself to get lost in a song or a station on Pandora.
I use music to mediate and to drown out the world around me.
I’m grateful that it is Day 21! It’s gratitude January and today’s question is what song am I grateful for?
The song I’m for is Trouble of the world by Mahalia Jackson. I heard it first from my great grandma. It officially became my favorite song after watching the movie Imitation of Life.
I’m thankful for another Sunday and I hope everyone is having amazing blessings and positivity filling their minds.

Good food soothes the soul. It can also soothe the body if eaten within healthy portions and good health requirements.
Let’s start of this Thursday morning with an attitude of gratitude for food. The food I am grateful for today is one of my favorites drum roll please 🥁…….smoothies!
Though I love many other foods I enjoy a good mixture of fruit and veggies. I tend to like my meals fast and easy so smoothies are right up my alley.
Healthy eating is important and my body is thankful when I do eat the things that are best for it. So today my gratitude for smoothies is front and center. I’m including a picture with recipes for four different kinds of smoothies. Hopefully one catches your eye and we can share the love of these very special treats together.
Day 4 of gratitude January,if you haven’t guessed by now is: What food are you grateful for? Feel free to include yours in the comments and any cool recipes below.
Have a Namaste day

Christmas music to wake up my restless soul.
Heyyyy. I’m doing a little a jig in my seat. Simplicity is beautiful. Happy Tuesday morning. I swear my mind is elsewhere today. But I’m up and motivated sending you all smiles and music.
What a time to be alive. Right. Who’s with me?
2017 is finally leaving y’all. Hell yeah. I’m not going to miss it. I’m so grateful that I made it through. I can tell when life is ready for me to evolve because my physical and mental time clocks become distorted.
Talking clocks that remind me of what time it is.
I guess it’s time to wake up 😉.
Hopefully everyone is feeling fine this morning. Ya spirits are hopefully filled with joy. I’m sending positive vibes your way. Partly because I need some too. A boost of energy and a sprinkle of happiness to life’s greatest moments.
Let’s let go of anything other than peaceful things.
Smile from the tips of our toes and let it resonate out of our auras like a spiritual rainbow.
Take some time to zen out reach out and love today.
I’m sending peace and blessings to the earth today and hopefully everyone catches the vibes.

Winter is settling in and the cold is digging deeper down. Funny how when you walk away from or move on from something there’s a tug to pull you back.
Call it universal, call it the devil. Call it anything you want but the energy around sticking to a decision is powerful.
At a time when spirits are high on cups of cheer and merry jingles the sinister side of the world tends to show up.
Let it snow or grow cold and freeze out the frequent frequencies of negative roadblocks. Choices for the betterment of your soul is of utmost importance. Time clocks can always be reset if resetting is required. For now I sit in the absolute certainty of my gratitude.
Grateful for choosing the path that is right for my life right now. I know exactly what I want to see to make any more changes. As soon as I see them, then I’ll know the time has come for particular visions to come into view. I don’t need outside insight when I was given the answers months ago my choice to ignore them got me in a dark place. It’s taken me backwards and I had to work to get to where I am now. At the beginning of the same story with better results.
It works for me. I’m chasing destiny. I’m giving love. I’m sharing my story in my way. I can’t ask for much more. If I’m not living in gratitude now how will I enjoy life later? It feels good to not cry. To smile and laugh at the moments before and after the storm. Dance in the moonlight and bask in the sun. Life is beautiful. I’m being blessed with another year passed. Another 365 that I survived. Thank goodness!
Amen. To life unexpected. I released resentment for so many pains. I’m appreciative for the push to greatness. Everyone who has helped along the way I appreciate them. Even the ones who had their own reasons for why they didn’t continue on the journey with me. I’ve left the door open for those people to choose where they wanted to be. I ended up standing on my own. It’s helping me grow. Sometimes it’s time to let go of the hand pulling you up and start climbing the mountain by yourself. A partnership is only a part of your story. Send those beautiful spirits off in love. Send them peace and blessings. Pray for their greatness and walk into yours. If ever you meet again greet them with smiles and thankfulness. Blessed is a life with happiness.
Today I send you all heartfelt thoughts. I pray that your journeys are blessings and healing for your hearts.
It’s a great day to have a great day.
