Newbies, up incoming, indies. All of these words mean that there’s beautiful things to be heard, read, or watched that aren’t getting the press and media they need.
I’m a lover of discovering new and exciting things. From tech to entertainment. I seek out and search for things and people to listen to as they lend their voices to society.
I picked out five creative wonders to share with you all and one bonus film that I’m sure you’ve all hear of by now.

To round up some great entertainment and exciting work. I wouldn’t be a real superhero fan if I didn’t include today’s newly released Black Panther. The anticipation for this movie has been hugely important. The weekend is around the corner and what a great way to relax and enjoy it.

The drive here was mentally hard. Yet rewarding. I’m loving my stints with family and friends. It really is great to see everyone.
Much needed time to catch up.
When I get back to Nebraska I’m going to be happy that I made the decision to come. Right now I’m just preparing my for this new day to drive.
It’s Friday everyone and I hope you all have plans to enjoy some of it. It’s too good to go to waste so if you can get in some fun doing the things you love with as many limited restrictions as you can.
You only have one life and the time clocks don’t stop for plans. Hopefully you’ll get to spend it enjoying life in the moment.
Sending you peace and blessings
Happy Friday y’all

Driving from state to state has to be one of the worst ideas I’ve come up with. I’m sure for other people road trips sound fun. I’m usually one of those people, but baby. Let me tell you when I say I wasn’t ready for what I thought was gonna happen….I’m understating it.
Day one it’s snowing. I mean a whole snow storm. I decide that we’re going anyway. I’m grateful that didn’t stop me right off the back. I go to the rental place and they don’t have a car for us. So they upgraded me to my dream car. Oh yes, it’s a mustang!!!!!
I make a promise to stop complaining.
Til I met the mountain top that almost took out every good nerve that I had left.
I’m afraid of heights yet I love to be high. Go figure.
Turns out that you can drive the mountains and survive. I’m independent enough to drive over 1000 miles in 30 hrs. And yes oh yes I am strong enough to succeed when I set goals that test all my boundaries.
I can make a trip to handle business fun and see the sights.
I love that I pushed through when my anxiety told me to turn back. I’m thankful for the blessings of calm in my journeys.
It’s Wednesday everyone and I hope yours as beautiful as mine.

Creative expression has become my passion. To communicate isn’t enough. I want to sing from the rooftops and dance at 3 am. Write old school love stories and recite Edgar Allen Poe.
To be able to say how I feel with articulation has been a present that I’ve been able to unwrap daily.
Blessings can be so simple. I’m grateful for all of my blessings. When I was younger I that blessings were the miracles that I received. Now I know that their everything that I’ve ever encountered.
Waking up = a blessing.
Gratitude can be the missing link to happiness over depression. To love over hate. To hope over despair.
Day 26 of grateful January. What form of expression are you grateful for. I’m grateful for creativity.

Good food soothes the soul. It can also soothe the body if eaten within healthy portions and good health requirements.
Let’s start of this Thursday morning with an attitude of gratitude for food. The food I am grateful for today is one of my favorites drum roll please 🥁…….smoothies!
Though I love many other foods I enjoy a good mixture of fruit and veggies. I tend to like my meals fast and easy so smoothies are right up my alley.
Healthy eating is important and my body is thankful when I do eat the things that are best for it. So today my gratitude for smoothies is front and center. I’m including a picture with recipes for four different kinds of smoothies. Hopefully one catches your eye and we can share the love of these very special treats together.
Day 4 of gratitude January,if you haven’t guessed by now is: What food are you grateful for? Feel free to include yours in the comments and any cool recipes below.
Have a Namaste day

Having a grateful heart starts with allowing oneself to enjoy life.
Let me explain.
Alarm goes off and instead of regretting the to do list for your day. You take a moment to appreciate the truth. You’re alive to see the day unfold. This gives you the opportunity for something new and wonderful to happen in that day.
Have you ever noticed that when you’re smiling other people tend to smile. Suddenly the world is smiling with you and not at you.
How about when you say thank you for the simplest thing. The person receiving the thank you brightens up just a little. Their mood changes even for a moment and it’s enlightening.
I don’t have any real resolutions for the year. No huge expectations for it either. I’m thankful and grateful for the gift of life. A joy of writing and my trusty but untrusty IPad. It allows me to do quick research and fast jotting in the heat of information.
Today I give myself permission to be myself and to enjoy every minute of this day. I love the spirit of zen that I receive when I let go and indulge myself with gratitude for life, loved ones, and blessings.
It’s day 2 of the 30 days of gratitude and I ask you what kind of technology are you grateful for?
Feel free to write it down. I love hearing from you all.
Sending you positive vibes and blessings
