Food gloriously grateful

Good food soothes the soul. It can also soothe the body if eaten within healthy portions and good health requirements.

Let’s start of this Thursday morning with an attitude of gratitude for food. The food I am grateful for today is one of my favorites drum roll please 🥁…….smoothies!

  
Though I love many other foods I enjoy a good mixture of fruit and veggies. I tend to like my meals fast and easy so smoothies are right up my alley. 

Healthy eating is important and my body is thankful when I do eat the things that are best for it. So today my gratitude for smoothies is front and center. I’m including a picture with recipes for four different kinds of smoothies. Hopefully one catches your eye and we can share the love of these very special treats together.
